Do you stand by his decision to appoint the CDC director? The CDC director has now come out asking all Americans to wear masks.

I am an employer. I hire people for what they can do, but what they bring to the job is their own set of ideas and principles. We may see eye to eye on many things, but we will also have our differences. Some of those may help us both move ahead.

Do I fire a person for disagreeing with me? I'm not that insecure and shallow. Do I agree with everything I hear? No, but I have to be open to listening to their thoughts and reasoning, as I expect them to listen to mine. Why? Because I hire people to help me make our organization better, not stay the same.

Just heard Lindsey Graham talking with Hannity on radio. Lindsey said, "I agree with Trump on immigration, I agree with Trump on China, I agree with Trump on the economy. There may be some things you don't like about Trump but he he's doing a good job as President."
