You think maga are folks that hate this country. I know a bunch of hardcore maga people. That statement is completely incorrect. It is exactly the opposite. They are literally here because Obama presented a culture of hate for this country that has never been seen before. His wife being the tip of that sword. All the protests and destruction mostly have come from the left. Outside of one day and a few hours, since 2008 all we have seen is protests, hatred of the country and destruction during riots from the left.

Maga folks may hate the progressive left. I give you that. They are easy to hate as well. But they don’t hate our country. My folks are big time maga. If you can even breath the same air on the length of their patiotism I would be shocked. I know I can’t. No maga ever says they hate this country. But democrats do it daily.

You put one person out there on Twitter who says that, there are 1000’s that will lose their minds when and if Trump is elected. I wait for the response and what happens from the extreme left if Biden loses. I promise you they aren’t sitting on their hands.
Let’s run the numbers, shall we?

MAGA hate democrats (tried to steal the election, communists, baby killers, freeloaders bent on destroying the country, see lead up to and including J6). Let’s call that roughly 50% of the country.

MAGA hate pro choice people. Baby killers. That’s about 78% of the country.

MAGA hate big cities. Cesspools.

MAGA hate blue states.

MAGA hate anyone supporting gun control. Pry my gun from my cold, dead fingers, etc.

MAGA hate the Justice Department and FBI. Corrupted etc. See your post above.

MAGA hate the court system. Trump couldn’t ever get a fair trial, corrupted, hates the country. See your post above.

MAGA hate republicans who don’t support Trump. RINOs and all that.

MAGA really hate the very long list of lifelong and loyal republicans who worked for Trump who have now come out and said he is unfit for office. That list is far, far longer than those senior officials who worked for Trump and still support him.

So it begs the question, when you say that MAGA love this country, what exactly are you referring to? I’ll agree that there is an imaginary version of the country that they love, but it has almost nothing to do with reality. And when MAGA say Make America Great Again, what timeframe exactly are they harkening back to?

I haven't followed, but was this ever addressed?

Or this?

Both of those events did not feature the destruction of property or physical violence, including attacks on police. So you do understand the difference between those events and J6, right? It really isn’t that complicated.

She’s an awful comedian and that picture practically ended her career. She didn’t get much support from the left and got no support that I saw from elected Democrats.

Trump is still calling the J6ers heroes and patriots and has promised to pardon them all. Unlike the offense above, and that photo was highly offensive, many of the J6 people actually committed violent felonies. See the difference?

Y’all can’t be as obtuse as your posts often suggest. I just don’t believe it’s possible, which means you know the comparisons you are making are ridiculous, but it’s the only way to defend Trump and the MAGAs.

You are just making stuff up now. Georgia is a blue state at the moment. You hear any of the maga’s here say they hate Georgia. Uga is as left of left as it gets. Communist left. Not hate there. I have a great maga friend who is a gun enthusiast that admits some gun control is logical. Bs made up there. Again for you. You ever actually talk to a maga person. lol.

You know Clinton also said he wanted to make America great again.

Please tell me how democrats love this country while kneeling when wearing the red white and blue. Or burning down cities. Or buildings.

Maga people don’t hate the fbi or law enforcement. Just call it out when corrupt. The fbi admitted to corruption brother. Hard for you to get past that one. Dems defund the police. Don’t allow them to do their job. And when they do, progressive da’s put the criminals right back on the street. Keep supporting the idiot who is really destroying the country. As we keep moving towards the cliff

One last post and then I’m out.

You keep insisting that the FBI admitted corruption. I’d like your source for that, please, because that’s not what happened and not what Durham reported.

Friendly reminder, mistakes and corruption are not the same thing at all. Corruption is in part determined by intent and is criminal.

Despite the failure of Trump’s lawyers to prove it, I think Fani is likely lying about that relationship.

I also find it highly ironic that Trump’s lawyers are attempting to have her disqualified for “undermining the integrity of the system”, when that’s exactly what Trump did by knowingly lying about voter fraud and attempting to subvert the will of the people in an election.

Good times.
If you don’t think there was election fraud, you’re an effin idiot. Post over!

And the GOPs descent into a post-fact world continues unabated.

Saying something doesn’t make it true, regardless of how sincerely you want it to.
I’m not a republican. I’m a don’t F up my businesscan. The US govt is the largest business in the world. What does it take to run a business? Someone who knows how for one and two, common sense. At least with Trump he knew how to run a business. Vegetable brain is still looking for his ice cream. Case I point: You can’t just print money bc you need it. It has no basis of value at that point. The reason why prices on everything have doubled is bc they have doubled the money supply. Basic economics. The problem here is 50% of Americans live in a bubble watching CNN and believe what they are told. The other 50% question what they are told and ask questions to determine what the truth really is. You are the former!

So, what's the difference between the majority of J6ers who were peaceful and the Floyd protesters who were peaceful? Wasn't the argument pushed by the Left in 2020 that it was a relatively small group of rabble rousers causing all the damage and destruction?

And the OWS group and Antifa largely escaped too prosecution too and they bombed Fed bldgs

Who told you there was definitly election fraud? Was that Trump, Fox News or some other source? Have you questioned why Trump had the full power of the Federal
Government For two months and then a $250m war chest, friendly state AGs, over sixty court cases and failed to find even a single case of election fraud?

Maybe you are the one who needs to learn how to ask questions.

Trump inherited $417m dollars from his father in 1999, and that’s after Fred helped prop Donald’s crappy business deals up for years prior. If Donald had simply placed that money in an S&P Index fund it would now be worth approximately $2.39b. So is Donald really a business genius?

I’d list all his business failures and bankruptcies but it would take me too long. Perhaps first on that list was his total failure to make money in the casino business, which takes a special kind of incompetence.

Corruption is willfully admitting they went too far in their pursuit of Trump. They didn’t have enough evidence in hindsight to spend 40 million going after him. Did it anyway along with Attempting to bribe witnesses with million dollar payoffs. This was all admitted to.

The fbi themselves said changes were made because of what happened. They fell on their sword. Wray promised change. Which he really didn’t do at all. The whole deal is scary. They are supposed to be beyond reproach. So much for that.

The difference is that Trump still praises and has promised to pardon the J6 people who were convicted of crimes, some of which were very serious and involved attacking the police.

And the reason there have been so many J6 convictions is because it was in broad daylight and likely the most photographed/videoed mass crime in human history and the dumbasses bragged about it on social media.

Plenty of cameras on the summer of love. And millions of people participating in law breaking every night. They couldn’t catch ten of them. 100 out of a million. The whole annexation in Portland. They didn’t manage to prosecute anyone there. That was out in the open and lasted a long time. This is a horrible position. It is one of the biggest problems. Keeping letting these folks be above the law. It is comical to defend this. They didn’t give jail time to one person in Portland. Just community service. And dropped more than half the cases. Equal justice right.

First off, coming from someone who deals with the judicial system daily, the system is absolutely broken, manipulated and corrupt. This ain’t something I read on FoxNews. This is real life experiences. I have to deal with attorneys and politicians daily and to listen to some of these people is downright sickening. To see the downright dumbassness every day of people speaking in front of committees would blow your mind. We are surrounded by idiocy. I look at some of these people and think to myself “there is no way in the world this person can be that ignorant.” Lo and behold, they are. And they think it is normal. I’m not sitting here telling you how to think. You are free to be a democrat, transgender or an effin giraffe if you want to be. What I am saying is that I believe there was some crooked stuff that went on in that election. There is crooked stuff happening with the Biden crime family and there is some crooked stuff happening with several AGs in our country. And that doesn’t come from Fox News. That comes from common sense and paying attention to when people speak.

You are literally making shit up. Just stop it.

Twenty people out of a million? Over 14,000 people were arrested nationwide at riots by the end of June of that year. 427 were arrested in DC alone. Over 300 faced federal charges.

Using a Washington Examiner article to prove that the FBI admitted to corruption would be like me providing a clip of Morning Joe to prove a point. That’s just silly. If they admitted corruption, it would have been in the Durham report. It isn’t, because they didn’t. They acknowledged mistakes and made changes, all of which were implemented before the Durham report dropped. If anyone had admitted corruption Durham would have charged them, and we all know what his conviction record was.

I don’t follow all of the different leaning articles out there. Right or left. Outside of the post which I don’t link, they are mostly left leaning.

Durham said himself he felt comfortable with Wray to make the changes needed so this doesn’t happen again. He let them off the hook. The fbi admitted to being over zealous. Admitted to trying to bribe witnesses. Sorry. This happened will in pursuit of the man who owns half your brain, but it did. Get over it and own it.

No left leaning rag will write jackshit agaisnt the left unless they have no choice. So the examiner having it is about like fox. No one else will cover it. Doesn’t make it not true.

Here you go. From the hill. You are hanging on for dear life to your semantics. Someone telling you to wake up in that article or stick your head in the proverbial tds sand.

I wondered if you would bite and post the stats of the summer of love. Pretty sad. Very little prison time if any. Lots of ahem, community service. 🤦‍♂️

You are still making shit up. Please provide a credible source, preferably the Durham report itself, showing that the FBI attempted to bribe witnesses as part of the Trump investigation. Also, point me to where in the Durham report the FBI was accused of corruption by Durham, much less admitted to it.

Facts still matter, and you have been engaging in a prolonged mischaracterization of the facts. Or you can prove me wrong.

And the Hill piece is by a conservative opinion contributor, and I don’t care about his opinion.

Source material, please. The Durham report is available online.

Funny you mention crooked politicians and fail to mention the porn-star paying, $83m sexual assulting, non-profit scamming, fraudulent financial reporting, 91 felony count guy. Kind of wild actually, particularly given the fact that the pathetic Biden crime family investigation died an embarrassing death this week.

But you can’t ever keep a good scammer down. None of the above has kept Trump from continuing to do his thing!

It’s going to be fun watching what new crimes Trump commits as he works to pay off all the judgements from his prior crimes.

Nobody cares about that. He paid a skank to keep quiet and she broke the agreement. Everyone from CEOs, athletes, politicians and clergy have done the same.

Now here's the real Q. Is there a better open to a TV show than the Rifleman? If there is, I've never seen it.

lol, I should have added special needs children to the list. You can’t make this up!

On brand given Trump mocked a disabled reporter. Such Christian spirit on display…

I’ll have to agree on Chuck Connors and the Rifleman. Very solid.

It is how you spin it. I have already proven you wrong a hundred times. Like last week. It is all in how you spin it.

I will make is 2cd grade simple for you. Durham said they did something more than was needed. And it was obvious. The fbi then admitted. Yes. We screwed up and went too far. I promise we will fix it. They got caught. It wasn’t just a screw up. It wasn’t breaking a law. It was tds front and center. Straight corruption to get a guy that owns you and them. How much he absolutely owns you is all over this thread. They were trying to bribe folks will, and admitted to it. Checkmate. lol.

Spin? Thats a whole lot of words to say you are wrong.

You said the FBI tried to bribe witnesses. They didn’t. It’s binary, either true or false, and it’s false.

You said the FBI admitted to corruption. They didn’t, nor were they even accused of corruption by Durham. That’s also a false accusation.

Anything else is spin, which I’ve sadly come to expect in our debates. You make statements, I challenge them, and you spin and change the subject. It is what it is, I guess.

Cheers.

At the end of the day, is our country in a more sustainable position today or prior to Biden being president?

I don’t know about the FBI bribing ppl, but I do know they lied about Trump. They failed to do anything during the BLM / Antifa riots. And they still refuse to poinpoint the origin of Covid when so many witnesses and experts say it came from the Wuhan lab that was funded by Fauci. If *The Science* or any of the rioters were hard core Trump supporters, no doubt they’d all be rotting in prison right now.

Except when it is true and they do offer a bribe. Cheers. Please spin this and tell me how this wouldn’t be a bribe. Since he would have had to be a witness. And tell me the article is written by a right leaning hack. It is written by cnn. I bet you believe this was the only guy offered money too.

Own the corruption will. I wish there was some topical cream people could take for tds. Holy shit.

How bout I meet you in the middle since tds is a formidable syndrome. Another informant duped the fbi right here in this article. About trump. See the irony with smirnov. Assets retained during the Obama presidency apparently suck.

I notice that whenever you’re losing the argument, which is more often than you probably believe, you change whatever the subject was to J6.

The fact that he's taking 2 weeks to rule is telling. Seroiusly? Hell, at this point i'm feeling confident with Wade's dumbass as prosecutor. Trump's Defense could face worse.

Not really. I’ve seen it take months if not longer. They have to verify and confirm the law cited by the attorneys. They also review the testimony to recall exactly what was said, and they look at the evidence (in this case the texts and expense receipts, etc.) to review exactly what they show or do not show. It takes time.

That’s not a bribe. They offered him money to prove certain allegations, which he didn’t, so they did not pay him the money. If they had offered money to have him knowingly provide false testimony, that would be a bribe. No illegality, no bribe.

persuade (someone) to act in one's favor, typically illegally or dishonestly, by a gift of money or other inducement.

It wasn’t illegal, which is why Durham didn’t identify it in his report as a bribe, much less indict anyone for it. If they had actually tried to use money to derive false testimony or information he absolute would have brought charges.

But I’m sure you will now tell me that using the actual definition of words to define a position is simply spin.

I’m still looking for the source on your contention that the FBI admitted to corruption as well.

The reason I’ve been taking the time to argue these points is because falsely characterizing past events to support a position happens often with MAGA supporters, and the reality is if something is said enough times, regardless of veracity, some people will believe it. It’s classic propaganda execution. That’s why so many republicans still believe Trump actually won the last election, despite the total absence of supporting evidence.

Facts matter and the truth matters. Our politics are screwed up enough without persistent lies to make them seem even worse then than are.

At the end of the day, is our country in a more sustainable position today or prior to Biden being president?
The continuation of free and fair elections is at the top of the list of what defines our system as “sustainable”. We haven’t had the trials yet, but I’ve seen more than enough to believe that Trump absolutely attempted to subvert the will of the voters. He failed, but it was closer to happening than most people care to admit. So yes, having the actual winner of the last election take office instead of the loser puts us in a FAR more sustainable position than had the opposite occurred, and any other view ignores the importance of our ability to vote people in to and out of office.

They were paying him to be a witness. Offering money to find proof. Any proof. Who knows how many others were offered this deal. This along with the admission that they went too far is all the corruption proof you should need. The fbi admitted they needed to make changes. They know there was zero reason to go after him. So they were bribing people to help them find proof. Come on will. 🤦‍♂️

Only not illegal because of how they worded it. They aren’t stupid. But that was straight up a bribe. Anyone using common sense knows that. I guess a million dollar offer for testimony isn’t an inducement.

It is funny. Had five people text me about that article. They had no idea. Maga people. Pretty much how you look at it. Most not suffering with tds would agree that is money paid for possible testimony. If you can’t see that I don’t know what to tell you.

But our democracy.

"Later, Durham spent a decent chunk of time showing jurors the warrant applications that the FBI submitted to surveil Page. Durham highlighted how the FBI kept using information from the Steele dossier to bolster its case for probable cause to secure the warrants -- even after the FBI came up empty in its efforts to corroborate Steele's claims."

"Those FISA warrants were roundly criticized in a 2019 report from the Justice Department inspector general, which exposed a series of errors, flaws and omissions. Two of the four court-approved warrants were later deemed invalid."

You just can’t admit you are wrong here, can you?

The FBI pays informants, although in this case the money was offered but not paid This is a standard practice governed by a defined set of rules. It is legal and accepted practice and happens often and in all kinds of different scenarios. If the FBI had operated outside of those rules, it would be illegal and Durham would have indicted and prosecuted those responsible. He did not even suggest that bribery occurred here, much less bring charges.

You are trying to support a point by accusing the FBI of bribery and you are wrong.

I’m still waiting for the proof that the FBI admitted corruption.

The FBI absolutely made mistakes. These mistakes were documented and addressed in the internal 2019 report and changes were made. At this point, no one is suggesting otherwise. Despite running another three years, Durham didn’t suggest a single additional change beyond what had already been implemented.

Durham also didn’t find illegal or partisan intent behind the mistakes made by the FBI, which always seems to be ignored when the topic is discussed.

He didn’t indict anyone. But what he said was bad enough. It exposed a ton of corruption, and shined a light on the fbi. And not a good light. A group that is supposed to be above reproach is obviously not.

Also not true, regardless of how much you want it to be. He reached a misdemeanor plea deal with one relatively low level person for filing false information. He indicted two other individuals and lost both cases in court as he totally failed to prove the charges.

He absolutely did not “expose a ton of corruption”. Just stop. I’m starting to worry about you.

Perhaps this will help.

dishonest or fraudulent conduct by those in power, typically involving bribery.

He didn’t even suggest much less find proof of corruption. Again, you can decide to use manufactured definitions of the words bribery and corruption, but don’t ask the rest of us to simply accept your new definitions and your false narrative.

The Durham report uses the word “corruption” exactly seven times and never in reference to the conduct of the FBI. Not once. Look it up, it’s easy enough to search the report. They reference the corruption investigation of the Clinton foundation and the corruption investigation in Ukraine. That’s it.

Hi did not find corruption or even corrupt intent. They made mistakes. That’s not corruption. Durham did not find that the FBI’s mistake were politically motivated or partisan, even though you and every other Trump supporter want that to be the case.

To someone spinning it sure. Hold on to that. Anyone with a shred of common sense. Knows better. It just means they weren’t stupid. Same with the cia. Doesn’t change what the reality is, and what an awful look both incidents have been for our country. Anyone with two eyes can see how prevalent corruption in the doj has been. And continues to be.

Try using your two eyes to read the report you keep touting and you might know what it actually says.

I’m curious what those same two eyes tell you about the guy you would have move back into the White House, given your deep concern about corruption. You know, the one who asked for and received help from Putin, who tried to strong arm Ukraine into providing dirt on Biden (an action that looks even worse given recent developments) and of course attempted to steal the presidency.

Voting for him again must present a true moral dilemma for you. Or not.
