If I’m Trump, I pick the NY criminal case or the Florida criminal case and say let’s go all in this summer and see where we land. One of the cases will likely be tried before November . The NY case is very weak and partisan whereas the Florida case will have a sympathetic judge and most likely jury. No way he wants his Presidential aspirations in from of a DC judge, jury and prosecutor with an unlimited budget. I heard an analyst say he has a 50/50 chance in NY as the case is so weak, a 55% chance or better of getting a hung jury in Florida and a 95% chance of getting convicted in DC. I concur with that analysis.
