Sandusky was found guilty of indecent assault of a minor (among 4 guilty charges) regarding Victim 2 in the PSU football showers. Jerry was also found guilty of 45 charges in total, rape being among them. Put quotes around rape and sodomy, along with the word victim all you want. It doesn't make Sandusky any less guilty, or Paterno any less culpable to people who care about kids more than football coaches.
