Big tech smoked it under biden because higher interest rates and inflation doesn’t affect them at all.
The closest thing in the stock market that is a proxy for the broader economy is the Russell 2000. But even then those are big businesses. It is small business that has gotten totally screwed by rates, inflation, and banking regs. Intentional or not, democrat policy has benefited the wealthy and really hurt those working paycheck to paycheck.
