Butwhatabout! I made no claims about Clinton, and he is immaterial to this discussion. But if you asked me, I'd freely admit that he is a sexual predator. Good thing his presidency ended 25 years ago.

We are discussing this information again because you claim that even suggesting that Trump could be a sexual predator is wild partisanship and I'm saying it's a very reasonable conclusion. Given Trump is back in the WH, is pardoning violent felons and is likely pressuring foreign governments to allow accused rapists and sex traffickers who have zero redeeming qualities beyond their support of Trump to travel to the US, it's relevant.

You shared one article that states that recently released documents "neither implicate nor exonerate" Trump.

You shared another article that states that Trump was submitted on a list of potential witnesses. He was included on the list of potential witnesses because:

Trump didn't volunteer to testify and was not consulted before being added to the list of potential witnesses. Given why he was identified as a witness, I doubt he would volunteer to testify.

There is no evidence that I can find that Trump "let authorities know' why he banned Epstein and that this played a role in the prosecution. Pure fabrication. The investigation started in 2005, Epstein was indicted in July, 2006 and he was expelled from Mar A Lago in October, 2007. Let me help with the math. That's over a year after Epstein was indicted for solicitation of a minor for prostitution and it only happened because a member lodged a complaint about Epstein and his daughter. And this is your case for Trump taking a moral stand against Epstein? Weak.

If the case in defense of Trump is so strong, why do you have to keep mischaracterizing or lying about the supporting evidence? It should just stand on its own, right?

Zelenskyy should have never opened his mouth, especially saying that US has problems (paraphrasing).

That’s when the things went sideways. I thought that was incredibly stupid to say it. He’s not in a position to make statements like that, especially live. If he wanted to say it, at least do so behind closed doors.

Also, he should have known Trump wouldn’t have walked away with a comment like that…and I can’t say that I blame him.

He is being pushed by the Brits and the EU to torpedo any peace deal because they want the war to continue, IMO. Trump should close any remaining CIA base in Ukraine and recall any remaining personnel in Ukraine, pronto.

I agree with full out support for BOTH Israel and Ukraine. The problem was Biden did NOT give full out support. He limited what Ukraine was allowed to do with their defense. Yes he gave them money/weapons etc, but conditionally. You can't have conditions to win a war.

Similar with Israel, Biden's rhetoric mattered. "Israel has a right to defend itself, but..." once you put that but in there again, you are putting conditions on them. Conditions after roughly 3 dozen US citizen were slaughtered by these terrorists and 10 taken hostage by the way...

Cannot answer about Ukraine cause it was never something that came up during Trump's first term. But your question about how he would deal with Netanyahu? Someone he has been friends with for over 30 years? Along with all the support he gave Israel in his first term...

You seem to underestimate what would have happened if Biden allowed Ukraine to use US fighters to be used directly against Russia. That would have been equivalent to a direct US attack on Russia and there would have been grave consequences. The restraint that Biden showed was absolutely essential because no one wants a shooting war with Putin, even Zelensky. Zelensky did not want war with Russia. Rather, Russia attacked Ukraine in spite of Trump's claims of the reverse. So you think that my comments about Trump wanting to be a dictator is based simply on feeling? Don't you remember January 6th and Trump"s further attempt to invalidate the electoral college through his vice president Pence? Also just look at how he is using Musk. It is pretty obvious if you want to look.
