This is going to be a real challenge for Kirby and staff this week keeping the team focused on Tech, and then having to immediately turn around and get them (I can't believe I'm saying this but it's the new system) MOTIVATED to win the SEC CG.

We've been gnashing teeth about our ranking/seed and the committee. Well, we can now put that all to bed with a likely 2 seed as an SEC CHAMPION, too.

We've had an unprecedented schedule in the deepest conference in history this year. We are now adding yet another massive game to that gauntlet. And the run in the playoffs will only add to that lore.

What's before us now is the opportunity to achieve legendary status. A team and schedule they'll talk about forever. No other team has ever had this opportunity.

ESPN will make a documentary about this run if we pull it off.

Bama has 30 titles; we have 14; UTk has 13; and LSU has 12. I want to separate ourselves from UTk and LSU.

Winning the SEC will be a big FU to Stankey and the Birmingham mafia, a big FU to Texas, and a big FU to the CFP committee.

Win the SEC and get that bye everyone wants. Then, let’s win the CFP and solidify UGA as the gold standard of college football.
