I think the LSU “eye of the tiger” midfield logo is lame. It’s from a song that happens to have their mascot in it. It’s non traditional and presumptuous.
Conference championship appearances will only be viewed as a positive to your resume without any negatives if you lose in this format.
Committee can’t set a precedent of dropping the runner up or teams will actively avoid playing in a game that creates a ton of revenue for the conferences. Follow the money.
