I feel like it is easier to share here than most places, and I don't know why or how prayer works but my experience is it mostly does.

Anyhow she is an alcoholic and lives several hours away. She's around 65 and after my mom died (my mom was a much older sister who was kind of like her mom) she spiraled. Lost everything, reputation, job, home, car etc etc. was living in the dark drunk for a while.

We got her into a rehab facility in 2020 and she went to AA and did well for about 3.5 yrs and yesterday was actually the day my mom passed and she reached out to me again and was extremely manic. She likely is not just using alcohol but maybe other drugs or is manic. And I just begged her to go to a meeting because I do believe she has to make some step. That is the prayer I am asking for. Just find the strength to go to a meeting.

I reached out to her son this weekend (because I first heard of the issue then) and he is DONE. Also it seems my other aunt's and uncles are done..they have all been through it and in her manic states she says some awful things publicly.

She is very intelligent and works in the medical field looking at hearts and got her current job off a past friendship that vouched for her. But pretty sure she has lost that already based on my sisters information from her job where they are limited in what they can say but she hasn't been going to work.

To have her involuntarily committed there are quite a few rules and it doesnt seem very likely anytime soon. So she is going to have to go thru hell or worse.

So in typing this...I also realize I need the prayers.

Watched a lot of Savo over the summer. We are going to be talking about him. Very smart creative player that can shoot lights out. Can someone who went to the game confirm we didn’t make any mid range shots? How many did we attempt?

We did it! Which means it can be done again. Since Harrick's last team, we have struggled to put the ball in the basket (which is the point of the game). That's what has been painful to watch. It's exciting to think we have players that can put the ball inside the hoop more often than not.

Start holding Military Tribunals to try these people as enemies of the state and punish as appropriate under the UCMJ.

As the rats start turning on each other continue to arrest and try them under Martial Law. I think making an example out of some senior R's would be the first step.

I know this sounds extreme but just like Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War, extreme times require extreme measures.

... Just seems like the Gators and Napier have been banging their heads against the wall for to long and are going to throw some crazy wrinkle out there.

I don't know why it feels this way other than to say this has been a crazy series over the years, even when it has been lopsided in one team's favor... and right now were in the middle of this long stretch where everything just basically goes according to script.

I'm not saying Napier is going to go "Mark Richt" on us and send the whole team out to celebrate or anything... or that some dude with a fan on his back is going to parachute onto the field in the middle of the game...

... but things just seem to quiet this week and in an already crazy season it just seems like something is going to happen.
