Next weekend...some sneaky good games

SC at Bama... Very surprised SC got whipped at home today but which loser steps up?

Tenn vs Fla (their bama)

Texas vs Ok (now sec teams but this is their biggest game of the year to their fans minus the tx Tex AM game)

LSU vs ole miss (someone is eliminated from playoff imo)

Vandy vs Kentucky....I just don't even know what to say except that the winner is probably the real threat for future opponents imo

I really don’t know what our OC is doing.

Watching ALOT of other football lately, I can see a plan the good ones. How long has it been since we ran an arrow route with our rb, a wheel route etc. Our OC is a fraud and bringing the entire team down with him. If we don’t make a change in the off season I’ll be very disappointed. Yes we have defensive assistant problems and of course Searles, but Bobo is pure ass. I haven’t seen anything this year that shows me he has a real plan. It’s run, run, low percentage pass down the sideline. Seriously like my 8 year olds playing NCAA.

In the latest installment of Where Are They Now......

A while back I asked about @George Hayduke who hasn't posted since late January. And now, how about @WRobinsDawg who hasn't posted since the first of March. Both guys were pretty frequent posters and I don't remember them leaving in a huff.

What other formerly frequent posters have gone AWOL?

Crazy Stat - the last UGA player before Etienne to have 6+ rec and 2+ TD rush was ??? (answer inside thread)

Etienne had 6 receptions and 2 TD rushes today against Auburn

The last Georiga Bulldog to have those numbers also came against Auburn

it was Robert Edwards vs Auburn in 1996

(yes that was the Uga V vs Robert Baker game as well as Bobo/Allen as well as first OT game in SEC history)

I. NEED. BAMA. TEARS. NOW!!!

*UPDATE* (@kckd delivered, as usual)

I actually do think we look improved today...

The offense sucks. No question. And when you play complimentary football and one side of the ball sucks, it affects everything. Just a LITTLE momentum on offense can turn things for the entire team in a massive way. In a quick way. But alas, it's deja vu again this half.

We are tackling better today.

We are blocking in space and on the perimeter better.

Body language and energy is MUCH better than last few weeks.

None of these are up to our standard yet, but they are improved.

We continue to be sloppy in the little things. The details we have mastered under Kirby that have been our identity just aren't sharp. I think that's player leadership, but also coaching leadership.

My instinct as an outsider is Kirby looks like he's coaching on an island without enough surrogates of his standard. He's outwardly trying to practice the composure he preaches, but he's close to blowing up on this staff, IMO.
