like, are there any posters on here who like this guy? Specifically, did you like him before he sided with Trump. If yes, what do you like?
He is too liberal on certain issues but as far as looking at what companies are putting in our foods and weather vaccines are actually safe is a good thing. He is pretty sharp and willing to take the heat for what he believes. Dems need more like him.like, are there any posters on here who like this guy? I like him. I like the fact that no matter what his beliefs, he isn't afraid to cross political lines.....and that's a quality that is super rare these days. I also think his beliefs are authentic, and no matter how controversial...he believes he is doing the right thing.like, are there any posters on here who like this guy? He's an anti-science nutter.like, are there any posters on here who like this guy? Specifically, did you like him before he sided with Trump. If yes, what do you like?
I agree with his view on the US food industry, as well as his caution to be more thorough with drug and vax testing. If he comes out with a ban on Pharma TV ads, I'll enthusiastically agree with him.like, are there any posters on here who like this guy? Specifically, did you like him before he sided with Trump. Hates him cause he escaped the dim plantation. He's an anti-science nutter.
I have a child who is high-functioning autism spectrum so I know more on the topic than many. Any tie to vaccines has been extensively studied and determined to be unsupported by science.
The reason autism diagnoses are up is due to increased awareness of autism, which includes a much broader set of characteristics than the public was aware of in the past.
I am supportive of the efforts to better understand how the industrialization of food production in this country impacts our health. My concern is that someone who refuses to follow the science in any instance will refuse to follow the science in all instances.
EDIT: Relevant list of studies.
To be fair, they hate everyone.Hates him cause he escaped the dim plantation.
I gave a very specific reason for disliking him. If you are too dense to understand what I wrote, that’s your problem.Hates him cause he escaped the dim plantation.
It’s what science you’re following is what is relevant. You have a bunch of lib scientists that are nuts also. He's an anti-science nutter.

I don’t know him all that well. I like him him fairly well for a Dem. The Dem I truly like and respect is Harold Ford on the Five on Fox News. I think that’s his name. Now he is the type Dem I would want for president and I would vote for him.like, are there any posters on here who like this guy? Specifically, did you like him before he sided with Trump. He would not have been mine either.Wouldn't say I'm a fan and he wouldn't have been my pick for HHS but I do admire the fact that he's not afraid to rock the boat when it jeopardized his status as a member of a Dem royal family and even turned his family against him. Additionally, even though he's nutty, I see nothing wrong with reviewing vax schedules for newborns and children, attacking the poor overall health of the citizenry and questioning the additives we put in our food, etc.
So you think vaccines may not be "actually safe"?He is too liberal on certain issues but as far as looking at what companies are putting in our foods and weather vaccines are actually safe is a good thing. He is pretty sharp and willing to take the heat for what he believes. Dems need more like him.
I would challenge you on the authentic part. He spent decades claiming that vaccines "are not safe and effective" (and repeated this in his CNN interview last summer) and, under oath at his confirmation, admits that he and his whole family are vaccinated. Does that not bother you that the man goes around trying to stir up fear but then vaccinates his whole family?I like him. I like the fact that no matter what his beliefs, he isn't afraid to cross political lines.....and that's a quality that is super rare these days. I also think his beliefs are authentic, and no matter how controversial...he believes he is doing the right thing.
No one knows exactly why there is a rise in autism diagnoses. Because there is no clear answer, that leaves a void that quacks (and celebrity lawyers who are trying to taint juries years in advance) are more than happy to fill. He's an anti-science nutter.

I like pharma ads. I found out about a new drug that was just approved for my son by reading Atlanta Parent. I'm (frankly) am a little pissed that my son's GI doctor did not call me about this.I agree with his view on the US food industry, as well as his caution to be more thorough with drug and vax testing. I want to dislike your comment... but I can't. I remember when Trump was promoting hydroxycholoraquine and ivermectin (which both don't do anything for COVID) and I thought "oh man, the Democrats are going to stick to the science and will take over a whole generation of voters." Then the next year Democrats tried to claim that a man can get pregnant. So I guess we all lose. It’s what science you’re following is what is relevant. You have a bunch of lib scientists that are nuts also.
I love sarcasm and even hyperbole.I like pharma ads. I found out about a new drug that was just approved for my son by reading Atlanta Parent. I'm (frankly) a little pissed that my son's GI doctor did not call me about this.
I like Harold as well. If he ever went Republican, he could be President. That being said, Fox News will only have on moderate/ conservative Democrats just like how CNN has the one weird Republican who is a fool. Each network wants a smidge of debate, but they know what their audiences want to see.I don’t know him all that well. I like him him fairly well for a Dem. The Dem I truly like and respect is Harold Ford on the Five on Fox News. I think that’s his name. Now he is the type Dem I would want for president and I would vote for him.
I think that’s a very viable theory. No one knows exactly why there is a rise in autism diagnoses. Because there is no clear answer, that leaves a void that quacks (and celebrity lawyers who are trying to taint juries years in advance) are more than happy to fill.
The theory that I give the most weight to is that as more women enter the workforce, the age at which they conceive is going up every year. In the 1950s, if you weren't married by 23, you were an old maid. Many women had whole families and closed up shop by 25. Now, a woman's first child is at 27.1 years old (and rising quickly) and in 1970 the first child was had at 21 years old. 21! There is a long list of known issues with delayed conception is women, the theory that holds the most weight for me is that as women wait to have kids, autism slightly increases. Just my personal theory.
If I asked AI to create a sentence from a MAGAT who doesn’t understand the concept of nuanced ideas, this is what it would have spit out. Congrats.Believe the science except men can be women and women can be men. smdh
Well they have Jesica Parloff on there also. She is a brain dead Democrat. Now she is the type you libs like.👍I like Harold as well. If he ever went Republican, he could be President. Sure wouldn’t mind finding out. Is there a problem with that?So you think vaccines may not be "actually safe"?

whoa! Whoa! You’re saying if he went Republican he would be elected President. I don’t see anything wrong with him being a Democrat. You Democrats should get behind him and get him to run again. He’s a good man and he has common sense . If anyone could get me to vote Democrat it be him.I like Harold as well. If he ever went Republican, he could be President. That being said, Fox News will only have on moderate/ conservative Democrats just like how CNN has the one weird Republican who is a fool. We actually have a protectionist, pro-choice democrat in the White House now.You Democrats should get behind him and get him to run again.

Wallace was pro choice? Who knew?We actually have a protectionist, pro-choice democrat in the White House now.
It's like if George Wallace was from NYC.
Are you talking about the bill to limit what insurance companies have to pay to victims when there are car accidents? But you’re against tort reform ?
Why do you keep referring to me as “you Democrats”? It’s super weird. I’ve probably been voting Republican longer than you’ve been alive.O

Yes, there is a problem with that. The problem is that you do not know that they have already proven safe.Sure wouldn’t mind finding out. Is there a problem with that?
My point is that I don't see the ulterior motive for him.....I don't have strong beliefs on his opinions, but I do believe he believes he is doing things for the right reasons. And he's been willing to endure a lot of discomfort for sticking to his beliefs....ones that do him no favors financially or politically. My guess is just like most things, there is some nuance. He's probably anti-vax for a lot of things...but not all. And it is the latter that his family has received.I would challenge you on the authentic part. Yes, there is a problem with that. The problem is that you do not know that they have already proven safe.
Do you think vaccines just come on the market with no testing?
Walk me through what we need to find out, please.
Well said. “The science” has themselves to blame for skepticism. And the vitriol at which anyone who even slightly questioned “the science” was treated, only to then in many cases be vindicated makes it even more difficult to just blindly follow it.Well, 97% of scientist tell me we are pumping out too much CO2 into the environment and that the polar caps will melt and we will all die. The science is settled on that so we should all be dead. What is the solution? Spend trillions on green energy? How about planting more trees?
Then I am told that 6' distance and a cloth mask will protect me from Covid. That the vaccine is safe and will keep you from getting Covid. Correction, it wont keep you from getting it but it will keep you from getting real sick. Correction again, it wont do any of that but keep taking the shots.
Why was it safe to run a Walmart but not a mom & pop shop? Why was it safe to run liquor stores but churches were shut down? Sorry if I am a little skeptical and want a second opinion. Are you a doctor? I have heard from plenty of doctors that have concerns yet they have been silenced.
The amount of vaccines we give a child each year keeps increasing. Are they testing to see how they all work together? Do we really need them all?
