You could argue he is just doing what he is being told by the Biden's administration
You could argue he is just overwhelmed
You could argue the laws are out of date and needs more specificity.
But no way in triple he&&you can argue there is not enough evidence he has failed to secure the southern border. What universe are they in?
And you wonder who believes that narrative? i don't think 5% of America would agree with that statement but its being printed. SMH......
