Not a crime. It's a crime if you cook the books to hide it though. As they say, the coverup is usually what gets you in the end.
That’s the $130,000 question, witnesses are part of the process. Lies certainly doesn’t help the prosecution, credibility matters.
Again, it will matter who can back up what they are saying with something more than just their words. Again, they wouldn't have gotten this far with just witness testimony only.
They are pissing in the dark, just like you and I are……and so far, this witch hunt is batting .000.
One thing seems 4 sure to me, all this BS seems to be contrived/conspired. If it is proven otherwise, I will then believe it.
People like me, CPA/Compliance, did their work at Deutsche Bank for those real estate loans. They did do appraisals and not 100% loans. That was political trash too. If the parties were reversed, I would feel the same. This is not good for our country.

I have come to the realization that if a person is on a deserted Island with nine other people and that person knows that 2 plus 2 equals four and the other nine believe it equals five, it really doesn't matter. It equals five.
I've seen this over and over again no matter whether it's Jews arguing with Muslims, Palestinians and Israelis, Conservatives and Liberals, Russians and Ukrainians etc. Idealogy trumps facts (no pun intended) over and over again. It just doesn't matter.

No. It’s not a crime. But not reporting your taxes accurately is, and that is why he’s on trial.
It’s largely a sham trial, but Trump absolutely pushes the limits on what is legal or not on his taxes so, if you do that, you know a day like this is coming.
I have no idea if he will be convicted or not. I suspect not.
